Young athletes from Gothenburg preschools brought their race face to the GHS track on May 1, as they competed in the preschool track meet.
The event was hosted by Gothenburg Public Schools and the Swede Preschool Academy and coordinated by the GECLC.
Competitions included the hoppity-hops, slipper kick, beanbag toss, trike maze, relay, long jump and short sprint yielded cheers and excitement throughout the morning.
The morning concluded with a picnic mixer of the different preschool classes as they got to know one another a little better before taking the step into kindergarten next year.
