Kaitlyn Hecox of Brady, daughter of Bryan and Michelle Hecox, has been awarded a scholarship from Consolidated Companies, Inc. for the 2026-27 school year. Kaitlyn will receive a scholarship of $2,000 for higher education. Kaitlyn is a graduate of Gothenburg High School. Kaitlyn is interested in pursuing a degree in Nursing at Fort Hays State University.
The Consolidated Community Scholarships are awarded to students in our service area on a competitive basis of high scholarship, service, and promise of their future contributions as Nebraska leaders and entrepreneurs.
