Passage of LB 525 Celebrated in Gothenburg

A large machine shed on the property of Scott and Patti McPheeters south of Gothenburg, was the site of a special gathering on Saturday, June 6, as state dignitaries joined local farmers and ranchers in celebrating the passage of a very important bill that will benefit all Nebraska ag producers.

Governor Jim Pillen, Senator Mike Jacobson, and Sherry Vinton, director of the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, joined Nebraska ag leaders to applaud the passage of a first-of-its-kind bill for protecting agricultural data.
