The community of Eustis will come alive this weekend for the 47th annual Wurst Tag festival. It all begins on Friday, June 12, with the Wurst Rally, with registration starting at 4:30 p.m. at The Darn Small Pub.
Saturday events begin early, with an FFA breakfast getting underway at 7 a.m. and serving until 10 a.m. at the Eustis Senior Center. There will be a community lunch and kids activities starting at noon at the big park, and registration for the cornhole tournament at the fair building also begins at noon.
The “Best of the Wurst” sausage competition gets started at 1 p.m. at the big park, with the Eustis Lions Club wurst supper at the Legion Hall from 5-8 p.m.
