Brady Board of Education Earns Excellence Award for Second Straight Year

The Brady Board of Education has earned the Board of Excellence Award for the second consecutive year.

The board was recognized during the Nebraska Association of School Boards Area Meeting Sept. 2 in North Platte. The award recognizes Nebraska school boards for their commitment to professional development, leadership, and the success of their school districts.

To earn the Board of Excellence designation, each board member must attain at least a Level I Award and attend a minimum of two NASB conferences or workshops. The board must also have a member participate in the annual NASB Delegate Assembly and hold an annual retreat to review and work toward specific board goals.
