The developers of Gothenburg’s Meadowlark Project, the new liquid fertilizer facility coming to the Industrial Tract on the southeast corner of town, received some big news on Thursday, Oct. 1, that is expected to allow the project to move not only quicker, but also with more public awareness.
In a press release issued by the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council, it was announced that two projects will be added to the FAST-41 Dashboard under the Executive Director’s transparency authority. One of them is Project Meadowlark; the other is the Taylor Shellfish Project in Shelton, Washington. To date, the FAST41 transparency authority has been used exclusively to support mining projects.
