Members of two Gothenburg leadership groups are taking on a new challenge: building a program to develop the community’s next generation of leaders.
Leadership Gothenburg kicked off in September with members of the Gothenburg Chamber of Commerce and Gothenburg Improvement Company boards serving as the inaugural class. The selection was intentional, giving current community leaders an opportunity to experience, evaluate and help shape a program designed to develop future leaders.
Leadership Gothenburg is built around three primary goals: developing leaders, building networks and broadening horizons.
