Stienike, Fattig Bring Home Hardware at NSAA State Class D Track

After a banner season on the track, four Brady Eagles wrapped up their 2026 season with a trip to Omaha May 22-23 to compete in the state track championships. Two of those competitors came home with hardware for their efforts.

Senior Payton Stienike and sophomore Kenlee Fattig represented Brady on the ladies’ side, with Stienike qualifying in the 100m, 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles and long jump. Fattig showed her prowess on the field side this year, punching her ticket in both shot put and discus.

Stienike clocked her best time of the season in the 100m,13.09 seconds, but it wasn’t quite quick enough to get her to the finals. She ended with a 13th place finish in the prelims.
