This past weekend, my high school girlfriends and I went on another fun adventure. This time it was a murder mystery dinner in Lincoln, which was a lot of fun!
Being a detail-oriented reporter, I honestly thought I would have a leg up on the rest of the guests. I was wrong. Not only did I not solve the crime, I was also convinced that my friend was completely off base when she presented her theory of whodunnit. Turns out my friend, the nurse, had it all figured out.
Once again, we had a great time together, and one of our party was even an official “suspect”. We met up prior to the dinner event and cheered on the Husker volleyball team in the pub, just as we used to cheer on our beloved Loup City Red Raiders nearly 50 years ago.
