Flatwater Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Brass to its Board of Directors, effective July 2026.
Brass was appointed to the Board in recognition of her more than 20 years of executive leadership in the financial services industry, where she has built a reputation for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and advancing long-term growth. She joined Flatwater Bank as Executive Vice President in March 2026.
