The Brady volleyball team had a busy week of competition, playing six matches over five days, including a triangular at Paxton, a home matchup with Arapahoe and the Seven Valleys Tournament in Callaway.
Brady opened the week Tuesday, Sept. 8, at the Paxton triangular. The Eagles first faced Morrill, falling in two sets, 25-18 and 25-20.
The Eagles then battled host Paxton in a close three-set match. Paxton edged Brady 28-26 in the opening set before the Eagles answered with a 25-21 win in the second. The Tigers took the deciding set 25-21 to win the match 2-1.
Brady returned home Thursday, Sept. 10, to take on Arapahoe. The Warriors won the first two sets 25-22 and 25-10, but the Eagles responded with a 25-22 victory in the third. Arapahoe closed out the match with a 25-17 win in the fourth t…
