Brady JAG students recently had the opportunity to take lessons from the classroom into the community through a partnership with Flatwater Bank.

Earlier in the week, Flatwater Bank CEO Mr. Rickertsen and Executive Vice President Mrs. Brass visited with JAG students about customer service, gratitude and the importance of building strong relationships with customers.

The Flatwater Bank representatives shared how the bank shows appreciation to its customers and discussed ways the organization works to set itself apart through customer service.

The visit also introduced students to an opportunity to volunteer at Flatwater Bank’s annual Legacy Event at the Impact Center in Gothenburg. The customer appreciation event is held for the bank’s customers ages 65 and older.
