The Brady volleyball team went 2-1 across three matches last week, including a five-set victory over Maxwell to close out the week.
Brady opened the week at a triangular in Wallace on Sept. 29. The Eagles started the night with a 2-0 victory over Wallace, winning 25-12 and 25-17.
Brady then faced Maywood-Hayes Center. The Eagles kept both sets close but fell 25-21, 25-21, ending a four-match winning streak.
The Eagles returned home Oct. 2 to face Maxwell and needed all five sets to earn the victory.
Brady took the opening set 26-24 before Maxwell evened the match with a 25-22 win in the second. The Eagles responded by taking the third set 26-20, but Maxwell forced a fifth with a 25-17 win in the fourth.
